Refund Policy

At MamaByrd Nanny Placements LLC, we strive to provide high-quality nanny placement services. Please read our refund policy carefully before using our services.
1. Placement Fees and Retainer
• To begin the placement process, a retainer fee is collected. This retainer is a partial payment and will be applied toward your total placement fee.
• The remaining balance of the placement fee is due before or upon delivery of nanny contact information.
2. Refund Eligibility
• Placement fees, including the retainer, are generally non-refundable once the nanny’s contact information is provided to the family.
• We do not guarantee employment, job performance, or compatibility between families and nannies.
3. Cancellation and Refund Requests
• If you wish to cancel a placement before receiving nanny contact information, please contact us immediately.
• Refunds for cancellations made prior to contact will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and your retainer may be refundable in this scenario.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to mamabyrd.nannyplacementsllc@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the nanny’s contact details.
4. Exceptions
• In rare cases where we fail to provide any qualified nanny candidates as agreed, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
• No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with a nanny’s performance or employment outcome after contact information has been provided.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
• Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 14 business days.
• We reserve the right to deduct any administrative fees from refund amounts.
