Hi, I’m Katelyn Finnegan, founder of MamaByrd Nanny Placements LLC — a nanny agency by moms, for moms.

With 8 years as a career nanny and now a mom myself, I know how important it is to find trustworthy, loving childcare. I started MamaByrd to help families find the best care possible without the stress and uncertainty.

MamaByrd is also built to support nanny moms who want to work without being separated from their own babies. I believe moms deserve flexible, fulfilling careers—and families deserve nannies who truly understand their needs.

Childcare is expensive, and I’m here to help families and nannies find affordable, quality solutions that work for everyone.
